Citizens at the Heart of Society
Eesti Poliitiliste Liit is an independent non-governmental organisation created with passion, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
We believe that every person has the potential to contribute to a stronger, fairer, and more inclusive society. Citizens are not simply observers of social and political life—they are active participants whose ideas, experiences, and actions can shape their communities and influence the future.
Our organisation works to strengthen civic participation, promote democratic values, support education, and create opportunities for meaningful cooperation between citizens, civil society organisations, public institutions, educational bodies, and international partners.
We approach citizenship from a broad perspective. It includes not only participation in elections or political debates, but also volunteering, community involvement, education, social responsibility, intercultural dialogue, environmental awareness, digital participation, and solidarity with people who need support.
At the centre of our work is the conviction that positive change begins when people feel informed, empowered, and connected. For this reason, we develop projects, educational activities, public discussions, research initiatives, and international partnerships that encourage citizens to participate actively in society.
We are driven by passion, but also by purpose: to bring people together, amplify diverse voices, support those facing barriers, and help build communities in which everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Together, We Can Make a Difference
A democratic and compassionate society depends on citizens who care about one another and are willing to take action. Whether through a local initiative, an educational activity, a public discussion, or an international project, every contribution matters.
We invite citizens, organisations, educators, researchers, public institutions, and community leaders to work with us in creating a more participatory, inclusive, and human-centred society.
Because society becomes stronger when every citizen has a voice, a role, and an opportunity to contribute.
